Tasks included in all-inclusive maintenance (with plant warranty)
All listed tasks are covered under the agreed contract price, including replacement of plants. At all times, the minimum environmental conditions must be met. Only damage caused by external factors or intentional destruction will incur additional charges.
When taking over existing plants, a quality assessment will be carried out beforehand. Plants that do not meet the required quality standards will be replaced in consultation and invoiced separately. The service includes the following:
